Allure Nail Bar

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman who assisted me in selecting a nail color promptly. However, my interaction with the female technician, especially during the eyebrow tinting and pedicure sessions, was less than satisfactory. Despite my request for an ombre effect, the outcome did not align with my expectations. Please see photo. Furthermore, during the pedicure, the technician filed down only my big toe nails, neglecting the others. When I inquired about it, the response was “Do at end” wait I asked her “while they’re dry”…Finally she put her pride aside and had me put my feet back in the water although acrylic had just been applied to my big toes. Then I’m guessing she was upset I asked her about my other toes she blurts out it’s $5 for removing gel that would be fine if I had gel I regular nail polish on my toes. She barely touch my other toes never even filed them, handling them rough, pumice stone rough thought she was about to rip off my skin. While I understand that everyone has off days, I believe it's crucial to provide constructive feedback. My intention is not to criticize but to highlight areas for improvement. I genuinely hope this message serves as an opportunity for your salon to enhance its customer service and attention to client preferences.She needs to do better. I’d never patronize this place ever again!

This was my first time at this salon and this was the worst experience of my entire life. I’m a nail tech myself and been doing nails for 3 years. I told the lady at the front I wanted a soak off and she sat me down and put me in a soak bag. she didn’t file my nails down or anything which I thought was odd. I sat in this bag for 35 mins nobody came to see how I was doing. I had to ask someone to finish the service. The man at station #1 then proceeded to take my nails off with a nail tip after having me in that bag for 35 minutes. And it hurt so bad my nail was bleeding and he just continued. I told him it was hurting its like he didn’t care, then take a metal drill bit on my natural nails and left behind acrylic on my nails, leaving my nails looking absolutely awful. Worst experience.

Fast and efficient service! Love my nails will definitely be coming back! Awesome first time experience! ???? Update: 11/16/23 I am making this my nail salon ???? quality is perfection, nor did it take long to get serviced.

Very pleasant environment - their play list literally played all the songs that made me happy - there was no wait as a walk-in. My nails tech was so sweet and easy on my hands- she suggested a different color than I originally picked - and it was actually more what I wanted and just didn't see among the huge variety of colors and finishes available. I wanted something a little "extra" and we found a cute butterfly that matched the color - I came home and caught one on something and it broke - when I came back to get it fixed, I was worried she would be upset I ruined her work- but she just fixed it and told me it was ok. She was completely awesome! I plan on seeing her every two weeks now to keep them up. Before, I just wanted them for special occasions...

I’ve had SEVERAL bad experiences here! But this will be the last one. I literally got my nails done on Saturday afternoon on Nov 4th 2023 this is a picture from Monday morning November 6. There are SOOOO many problems but I’ll start with these are my natural nails?? and now one is broken which literally NEVER happens. The GEL polish is peeling & chipped. The shape is AWFUL and they have the never to charge for shaping ppls nails! I received a pedicure here a while back and one of the techs filed my ingrown nail INTO my foot! I left there limping! So I decided to never let them do my pedicures again. But now it’s my hands! They are unprofessional, over priced, & lack skills needed to accomplish simple nails
