Classic Nail In Conyers

I Called ahead for an appointment with Trouble he is very very nice man and his wife . First time going there. Atmosphere was very relaxing, friendly . Love the job he did on my nails he did exactly like I wanted them. The color was perfect. AAAA++++plus plus I will be going back to see him because he also explained to you what he’s doing.while he’s doing it and he ask you questions about your lifestyle to see if the nails that you want is suitable for your lifestyle which is very nice . no other nail shop has ever done that for me. I got GEL X short to medium . ****VERY-VERY-VERY GOOD I also went back because one of my nails came off and he fixed two of them free of charge. I love and appreciate their atmosphere and attitude.They have so many different color, nail polish. I have never seen before. They never need to order any more nail polish. They have the color you need. Any color Yes, I will be going back because they are what I was actually looking for. If you want your nails done the right way, go to trouble he won’t disappoint you. Update: Went back to get polish replaced. Staff friendly and courteous, and my nails look better than they did the first time I got them done. Good customer service. A little pricey. My gel manicure has started to chip after 5 days.

Poor customer service! I like my nails very short they seem like they were upset or put off because I request shorter nails. I like more of a natural look. I’m the customer and not you. Also, I ask for black nail polish and one of the nail techs didn’t like that.! I know what fashion I like and what I don’t like and I don’t need their advice.. again I’m the customer… I would never have my nails done there again.

First time visiting this Nail shop the Atmosphere here was very friendly and welcoming. The tech ( Trouble?) was his name, I showed him a photo of what I wanted. He did not disappoint ????. I really don't do nails ???? but thought I'd give it try and I love them!!!!

I think for the last minute services I needed-a great stop. I live in Oklahoma and in need of gel overlay/acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. Kim was amazing ????????; personable, friendly, professional, and so detailed when it came to the pedicure and took her time and care. The polishing and cleaning/cuticle clean up were so meticulous-you want her as your technician. Ann-overlay/fill was not as personable and was rough around the edges. Not sure if felt comfortable speaking English or not as friendly. Her manicure entailed moving and touching your fingers as if you weren’t a person. Her attention to customer detail or making them comfortable is the complete opposite of Kim. Nail design wise-I chose a simple line design, which can be hard to draw straight lines. I believe she did the second hand better than the first (right hand). Being delicate is not her forté. Towards the end of service she warmed up more but overall it was not a bad experience. Place: Not as clean as I expected but tools appear sanitized, plastic for pedicure bowls, and individual packaged creams/lotions which is nice. Please call before walk-in to ensure service and warmth attitude.
