Centennial Park

Great place to take a stroll and gaze at the many historic monuments, landscape, pound and ducks, and view of The Parthenon. And, of course see and sit on the 'Taylor Swift bench'! Dog and family friendly! Only negative is that the dog park is across the street and not easy to find or navigate over to, and the park in general can be a little crowded but not too bad to damper your time. Recommend going on a sunny day! Parking is somewhat difficult and you'll likely have to hop the small curb as most others do to park your vehicle.

Always a great experience wandering around soaking up the sights. I wish I could have caught one of the concerts by candlelight, but definitely will next time around. The lake and scenery are gorgeous, and the Parthenon is of course, just incredible! I got to relax on a bench by one of the statues in the sun and enjoyed the afternoon, relaxing.

A nice park and museum. Perfect spot for a sunny day walk or picnic. There was a food truck there the day we visited. The grounds are well kept, although the pond could be a bit cleaner with the trash, leaves, and branches removed.

I absolutely loved visiting this beautiful and free park! Even on hot days, there are plenty of shady spots to find respite. The highlight for me was the serene lake, teeming with lively fish and adorable ducks. An enchanting island in the middle of the lake even hosts buzzing bee hives, adding a touch of nature's wonder. It was heartwarming to see families, kids, and people with pets, all enjoying this inclusive outdoor space. With something for everyone, this park truly caters to all ages and interests. Whether you seek tranquility, a fun day out with loved ones, or simply want to commune with nature, this park is an absolute gem. Make sure to visit the flower garden!

Pretty decent park, though there's a lot of people during the day and weekends. But if you're alone at night and need somewhere to ponder, I highly suggest coming here if you can. Also, there is a huge statue inside the Parthenon, but there's already a gazillion photos of it already that I don't feel inclined to show any photos. Though during at night it does look quite pretty..
