2 star because the wings were ok but the rest of the experience was bad. To start we took a seat and we asked for 2 cokes and the waitress said they only had for 1 person, weird. So we asked for a sprite & coke and so I look up at the bar n see him pour for a 2 liter. Me & my wife got hot and flat sodas with ice. I guess we wasn't getting refills after eating hot wings cause they had no sodas on tap and I took the last of a 2 liter, crazy. To top it off we got cheese fries and upon getting them it was more cheese then fries because they also ran out of fries. Bad business I can't come back. There was a party of 3 regulars who left because there wasn't fries or drinks and took they money elsewhere.
Had lunch here three other day. Quiet and not many people, but our server was fantastic and very efficient. Good service from her all around. We got cheese fries, wings and the nachos to share. All food was excellent. The nachos were enough to feed 5 people! We got the Santa Fe wing sauce which is amazing. We hadn't been to CBAG in so long and after this lunch date, we decided to make sure we come back more often. My husband likes to go there to watch games and have a few beers. Overall, good experience.
Not bad. Wing sauce is extra creamy. The maple bacon BBQ wings had zero BBQ on them and tasted more like a sweet honey mustard BBQ not maple, they were a yellow color (i would have expected a more....brownish BBQ color). The mild wings had zero sauce on them i guess sine they butter the sauce it just all melted/ran off the wings but the buttery flavor at the bottom of the basket was good. I like light sauce so this didn't bother me. The BBQ wings were very tangy. Waitress/bartender didn't respond to one thank you that was given to her. She forgot about our salt and pepper but was standing with a gentleman chatting multiple times in between serving other people in the midst of forgetting our salt and pepper. We still tipped her about 45% of our bill despite the service for the fact that she did say she was new at the beginning of us arriving.
The food was great! We had wings, cheesesteaks, burgers, sandwiches and everyone was happy. However the service was the worst I've experienced maybe ever. There were maybe 5 other tables, so no excuse for such lousy service. Part of our group of 5 was there and seated so they asked what the special was, but when the rest got there the waitress came back over and still didn't know what was in the special that was listed. She then took appetizer orders and waited until they were ready to come out to come back and take dinner orders. We had to keep calling her to get drink refilled. 2 of us ordered turkey burgers and the waitress came back several minutes later to tell us the cook wasn't so sure about the turkey burgers and didn't want to serve us something that wasn't good. So she was going to double check about them. Nope. We changed our orders. We had been finished for 15 minutes or more before she asked if we wanted the check. She asked if we wanted to split it we said yes, 2 on one check and 3 on the other. She went and stood at the bar chatting for 10 minutes then came back as we started to walk out to tell us she didn't remember what everyone ordered so didn't know if the checks were right. They weren't right but we just paid then because we had been there for 2 hours. Won't be back.
Food was delicious, service was good. There was only one other table and they were super loud over a football game... I get it, that's a place people go to watch the game, but it wasn't an Eagles game so I wasn't really expecting it. Not the restaurant's fault though.... My only complaint was the prices. We got the boom boom shrimp appetizer for $11 and it was like 5 shrimp ????
