Very good food. Fresh. Quick. The hostess was very helpful. The thai iced tea was lovely. I also got the fresh spring rolls which was a good size. The shrimp pho was very flavorful.

If you like Vietnamese food this is a place to try the flavors, ask for recommendations of the place. The staff is friendly and patient in explaining the combinations and ingredients. The characteristic and clear flavor, if you like curry, is the opportunity to try the curry with a sweet and rewarding flavor. a culinary adventure uw worth undertaking

I’ve travelled all over Asia and this is right up there with the best pho I’ve ever had. Food is consistently great and the owner is extremely friendly. The chicken and shrimp spring rolls is one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever had in my life. We always get those and the rare beef pho. For people leaving reviews about the smell, the restaurant smells like fish sauce and broth that’s been cooking for hours and hours which means it’s high quality. Smells like every pho place I’ve been to in Asia. Highly recommend. Great food and high quality ingredients. Also massive portions and lots of meat given in the pho.

Wonderful Vietnamese food full of fresh veggies, sesame balls were served hot and delicious. Beautiful live plants throughout restaurant. Very authentic. The shrimp wraps were amazing came with a peanut sauce, fresh cilantro wrapped with a light assortment of vegetables, we all enjoyed our main courses, which were large portions, so I have some left for a late night dinner. The lady who waited on us was Vietnamese, so there was a small language barrier, but she uses a translator app and we had a lovely conversation about her plants as we were paying the bill. I love that they use lemon basil in their pho, and I was impressed that she gets her "Mother-in-law's tongue " to bloom every year. She is the only other person I have met who has accomplished that. Mine also bloom yearly, but they have been in the family 3 generations, and neither my mother or grandmother could get it to bloom, so I was truly impressed with this delightful lady that she also does.

Overall the flavor of the P7 pho was incredible. Huge portions of noodles and lots of assorted meats. The broth was intensely rich and delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful and the spring rolls were super fresh. The reason for 4-stars was the odor of the restaurant itself. Very strong vinegar smell which was pretty intense. The smell actually took away from the experience enough that I wouldn’t return despite the pho being one of the best ones I’ve had.
