Big Burger

I have been going to Big Burger for years. Tonight the staff didn’t feel like messing with their customers. Everything I ask for the young lady at the register said she wouldn’t do because they were 10 minutes from closing. We were there at 8:10 and they usually close at 9:00. She told us she would sell us hamburgers and French Fries but that was all. We went ahead and ordered the burgers and when we got them home they were both overcooked and believe it or not the fries were hard as they could be. This will be my last review of this place as I am fed up with being treated like we are doing the place a favor instead of them providing customer service. Buyer beware this place will treat you they way they feel like. Kinda stupid with so many burger places but in town.

Had seen thus place driving by one day, and so I took my sob after school today and glad we did, it was great. The meat seasoned perfect, the fries crisp and the sodas perfectly sweet.

I haven't been here in ages, but food is still good. Takes an excess amount of time for non customized food to be ready (15 minutes from when I ordered and my order was only a triple burger with fries), thus the 4 stars.

Good burger meal for the price. The wait wasn't too long. Our order was correct and the food was good.
