Badin Lake Family Restaurant

I love to try local restaurants while traveling. Went to Morrow Mountain for sunrise and tried this place while returning. The ambiance of the place is cozy and they have an A rating for cleaning. Also, the servers were so friendly. We tried biscuits with gravy which I liked most and livermush sandwich which was interesting coz I never tried this before.

It was a very sweet restaurant. We enjoyed out meal since our GPS took us the scenic route. We found this lil spot an the people were nice an the food was good. Will definitely be back.

You don't get what you paid for for one, small portions cold food. My hashbrowns were raw and you don't get that much not even a handful. Biscuits and gravy was spicy, why. When they say hashbrowns they mean tator tats on the Emma's special, not what we wanted. The lady was nice but the food was disappointing. I don't know if we will be back.

Food was bland. No flavor. Think they cooked meat day before.

The food is always hot and fresh. What's more so fascinating for me as a veteran is their flags in support of honoring the veterans. Thank you.
