I LOVED my breakfast here. Best omelet I've had in years. Wait staff so kind I barely needed sugar for my coffee. Enormous portions that tasted like they came straight from the farm to my plate. I loved it and I'll be back anytime I'm in town. Thanks Zingo's!
This place is as good as it has ever been. Mike, Steph, Abigail and the stafff have put their hearts and souls into making this a friendly and comfortable place to gather and eat. There are a few things they do really well here and a few things I just don’t see anywhere else. For example, biscuits and chocolate gravy. It might be something you’ve never heard of. Do yourself a favor and try it, it’s delicious. Most Thursdays they serve a special turkey and mashed potatoes lunch. It’s reminiscent of the elementary school lunch turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes. Back when those dishes were made with love by the lunch lady. They even include a little scoop of apple crisp for dessert. At Zingos this dish is made with love and it is delicious. They also really love and appreciate veterans here. Zingos is definitely a throwback to a different time and they nailed it.
Had the pancake combo for breakfast this morning. Food was amazing! Coffee never ran out but what amazed me the most was the way the staff interacted with each other and the guests. At no time could I tell who management was because they all operated at equal pace and level. One guy held conversation with every other employee as if he was genuinely interested in everything about them. He asked questions, praised and smiled the whole time. The girl working was very outgoing and constantly asked if I needed anything. This place is a gem. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe.
Enjoyed the Zingo's sandwich, garden salad, and fried okra. Good food and great prices! Loved the Patriotic flag and photos honoring our military!
I recently made my first visit to Zingo’s and enjoyed fried okra, navy bean soup, a wonderful grilled pork chop and mashed red potatoes with brown gravy. The food was absolutely outstanding, and had that home cooked, feel to it. The navy bean soup was a family recipe and absolutely delicious! The fried okra never made it to the photos because that got gobbled up first. The pork chop was thick, brined, Frenched and cooked to perfection. Dalton was our server and provided excellent customer service. We were greeted the moment we walked in the front door and welcome to sit anywhere we wanted. It is thoroughly entertaining to sit at the counter and watch all the food come and go. I highly recommend Zingo’s For an enjoyable dining experience.
