Every experience is a delight. I’ve been going there for many years and I get the same excellent service every time. Yan is the lady that takes good care of me and Betty is also very good. I’ve gone to other places in the past and have been disappointed if you’re looking for a true pleasurable experience go to Zen

This is a super clean salon and the technicians are very good. Their pricing is competitive with other area nail salons and what I like most about coming here is if there is a wait time it’s minimal.

I have been here twice.. there is a variety of colors to choose from but often the workers are short with you. They are generally more rough with cuticles and buffing and all of that. The end result is good but not amazing, especially for the price.

I’m so freaking happy my nails look amazing!! They came out so smooth and even and I’m just so overall satisfied. I also appreciated how I knew the price going into it :)) will definitely come again

I usually don’t do reviews, but had to on this one… only been 4 days since I went to the media location. I made appointment at 6… but it seems like they told everyone to come in at 6 that evening. Because we all had to sit and wait….y would u tell everyone to come at 6 when it’s only 4 technicians and u guys close at 7??? So obviously, there was rush into getting everyone done… including mine!!! Waited 20 mins to be seen n another 20 mins I was done….. My pictures should give an idea, it’s 4th day today and my left hand pinky finger almost all off, I’m sure it will be all by tonight….. middle finger has started too on the sides… right hand, first finger is starting to peel off…. I’ve gotten gel manicures before but nothing has came off in 4 days…. Needless to say, won’t be coming back….
