Media Spa Nail (Media, PA)

I think I found my new go to nail salon. I moved to Glen mills last summer and was actively searching for a good nail salon. It is nice, cozy and the staff is super friendly. I religiously get my liquid gel refilled every 2-3 weeks and needed to find a place that did it nicely and for cheap; other nail salons I have been charge so much for it and don't do a great job. I went in this morning and did not have to wait (according to some reviews wait time can be an issue depending on the time and day). When you come in they offer you refreshments and wine, which is always a plus in my book! :)

I just tried this place today for a pedicure and dip powder fill. They seem to go above and beyond for customers and are so nice and helpful. They do an extra massage and paraffin wax on hands and feet and I think that is great. They also offer a discount for students which is a great perk. I could never find a good nail salon in media and I’m glad I found this one that is! I will be a returning customer!????

I got a solid color painted on my nails. I wanted a darker orange for Thanksgiving but Mai only had bright colors from spring/summer. Mai needs to add more colors for fall/winter. The picture of a pumpkin wasn't that great. I wanted the leaves on the pumpkin a darker green but she only had bright colors. Other nail salons have the business cards that they check on when I go & every 5th time it's $5 off. I wish she would do that to attract more customers. Also, I know some nail salons that give out candles afterwards to attract more customers. I wish she was busier cause she's a very nice lady to sit & talk to.

The owner Kathy is very outgoing and makes sure every customer walks away happy and with what they want. She does practically everything you’d like for your nails. By far the best place I’ve visited for my nails. Amazing customer service.

Have been going here for several months now. Today I went with my daughter and the woman who did my nails COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE. Charged me $55 for gel nails refill and toe polish change and as an added bonus a side of ATTITUDE! I told her I wanted glitter on my toes when I first sat down. After my nails were finished, and my toes were not done, I asked about the glitter and she almost bit my head off bc she had other customers. Excuse me? I was so taken a back by this unprofessional behavior, I said forget it and I paid and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND if anyone knows me, I have a big mouth and will be telling anyone and everyone about this awful woman.. its a shame, Cathy leaves and it goes to pot!
