Ye Dolphin.

The bones of this pub are gorgeous with plenty of character, but it has decorated in a tacky way and they were playing awful, soft heavy metal when we were in. They did a decent vegan pasta though.

Working nearby. Called in for a light bite, very good thank you. Dog friendly, reasonable prices and good food portions.

Delicious, fresh food, great value for money and variety. Typical pub in looks, dog friendly which is nice. It says it's child friendly but no high chairs in sight and kids not allowed in certain areas. Service was quick but you could tell they weren't into kids. Still worth it for the food.

Not the cleanest of pubs, but certainly very welcoming and good beer n gin selection. Dogs aplenty and nice open fire keeping everyone warm. Great music playing during our visit. Look past the decor and enjoy a proper pub.

Came here with my Girlfriend and we both really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The steak pie was a proper pie as opposed to a pastry crust top and the cost of 2 meals with a bottle of wine was really reasonable. Also attended the folk club night and found the locals to incredibly welcoming. Definitely recommend the place!
