Wok & Roll

This was the first time trying this place. The food was good and employees were nice. I just wouldn’t recommend staying there to eat. There’s only a couple tables and they were doing food prep on one of them. The place could use a good “Spring Cleaning”.

I ordered General Tso's chicken with steamed rice. I got it home, opened the container and discovered there was no sauce on the chicken (the chicken had old sticking to it sauce, but no sauce in the container as you can see from my picture). The chicken was of mixed sizes and brittle dry as if it was left over from the last day they were open and then reheated. I am very disappointed as the wok and roll located in Warner Robins Georgia has never been like this and I've used them for many many years. In my opinion, this is a very popular dish that most Chinese restaurants serve and to get it wrong is inexcusable. I cannot recommend this food item from this location. To be honest, I have eaten other entrees from this restaurant and they have been wonderful.

This place is awful. The person that took the phone order was rude and hung up before confirming the order or total. I figured they were busy for lunch… I found out I was the only order they got all day; and I can see why now. I specifically asked for two sodas in my order over the phone, asking to confirm they had the soda I wanted; only to get charged for them and not given them. Upon opening my order to eat, more disappointment. I asked for pork fried rice … THEY DO NOT HAVE FRIED RICE; they serve yellow minute rice that doesn’t even have pork in it and it’s mushy. The beef and broccoli both tasted flavorless. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a pork fried rice and 2 egg rolls. The guy hung up the phone without even asking for my name nor confirming the order. When I received the egg rolls, they ended up being barely warm. The pork fried rice was the most flavorless that I have ever had. Even after adding soy sauce, the rice was just nasty. I threw the rest away. I will never go back to this poorly run Chinese restaurant. Shame on them.

Despite how pricey it was, the food was very tasty and good. I got house special fried and that is $5 more. I paid $28 for these two meal.
