Wing Town

Do not waste your money. The wings are so tiny. Also the menu online is different than the one in the store. Expect to pay a a few dollars more for each item and still be hungry after you meal. Pretty sure the ranch isn’t homemade either. It’s thick and tastes like Kraft.

The best thing about the restaurant is the young lady at the window who takes the orders she was kind. Everything and everyone else is trash as far as Customer Service and food quality goes. The wings are hard and have little to no flavor as they were cooked hours ago the Philly is barely a Philly at all the bread is small like a little bit taller than a small hotdog bun and even that was not filled up with meat that was actually gray in color and teeny tiny diced veggies the bread was wet and soggy that. I did not see the ranch in the bag or the plate which it ended up being underneath the wings. I went back inside and asked for a Ranch container. Korean woman angrily asked “Did you pay for one?!” I was caught off guard. I said yes I ordered a meal you walked it out to my car she said you have to pay $.50 for ranch. I asked her does one come with the meal she says yes but you want extra I said no I don’t want extra I just want the one that goes with the meal she said “you have it you just want something free” I told her my order was almost $30 why would I scam about a $.50 packet of ranch?? She cut me off and told me that I wasn’t going to get any extra wrench and I already have some I said OK maybe I’m just not checking well enough I will go back and double check this woman walked to my car opened my door and stuck Her head inside My car to see if I was hiding ranch! Lord! It took everything in me to not slam her against the car in front of my children! This lady literally risked her life over 50 Cent! She thought she was going to pick up my wings and find the ranch which would have been a whole new issue she would’ve had to give me every dime back! So I picked up all of the chicken and then saw a small solo dip packet half filled with ranch. She saw that I had not moved anything from the way she packed, it being able to fully understand that I was not trying to scam her but I did have it indeed I told her OK thanks I didn’t see it.She Squinted And walked away. My advice is if you’re going to risk your life over a packet of ranch you should probably get out of the chicken business! The cashier that was kind from the beginning was apologetic the whole time and trying to diffuse the issue but the manager bumped through her shoulders very disrespectfully though she’s an underaged teen. I’m not sure who this woman thinks she is or what she is capable of but she definitely needs a new attitude if she’s going to be in customer service before Someone presses charges or takes matters into their own hands. So not only is your food nasty, so your attitude! Honestly if I could choose zero stars I would! Excuse the typos I’m angry.

Don't come here. The wings are way too small for what you pay. Got the #1 combo, which cost about $10, and came with ten wings that were the size of a ketchup packet (see photo). Maybe 2-3 bites of chicken per wing. Flavor? Honey bbq- nothing to write home about. Your money is better spent somewhere else.

I place an order online and was advised it would be ready in 15 minutes however upon arrival 20 minutes later i was told order had not been cooked even though i paid online. i still had to wait as if i had just placed order at drive thru. This is misleading and bad service. Will not be ordering from Wing town ever again. Their policy and practice contradicts itself and needs to be revised.They did not wait to accept payment for my order online. Bad business!

Delicious. It would be five stars but I've never been inside. Drive through only. Update: the wings are noticeably smaller than my last visit. Still awesome sauces, but the wings are getting tiny... Another update. Wing are so small, and barely sauced, overcooked and dry. What a shame, this place is going downhill with every visit.
