I just had a terrible experience. I brought my brand-new car to get it washed, and everything seemed fine at first. The guy who took my car drove it really fast into the washing port, which already made me nervous. After they finished detailing it, I noticed a hard white substance all over the car, along with chipped spots and scratches on my passenger-side doors. When I questioned them about the damage, they acted like they had no idea what happened and even tried to blame me, saying it was like that when I brought it in. I showed them before-and-after photos, proving my car was in perfect condition before they touched it, but they dismissed it, claiming you couldn't tell from the photos. This is completely unacceptable! If you value your car and don't want it damaged or scratched, I would strongly advise against using this car wash. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly don't take responsibility for the damage they cause. $81 down the drain Here are the pics of the damage to the doors

I came at night time they don’t have any vacuum they put new mats on dirty place. I don't recommended anyone to come here at night time it cost me 25 just outside auto cleaning like seriously at list a vacuum very disappointed. All those stuff I gave to clean after paying 25 dollar .

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They just want to clean and get their money, they leave the whole car wet AND THE WORST OF ALL IS THAT THEY BROKE MY CAR’S DASH TRIM , THEY TRIED TO POP IN THE TRIM BACK BUT THE CLIP WAS ALREADY BROKEN, DON’T WASH HERE. SINCE IS NOT THEIR CAR THEY TREAT IT LIKE TRASH

I literally only come here to change my oil with Baba not only is he careful and caring while doing his job, but he makes you feel like family and takes care of your car as if it was his. Overall, the places is amazing it’s clean and they have a lot of different car sense to choose from black cherry being my favorite

This car wash has plenty of wash options and even monthly memberships. Like most car washes, they focus on quantity and not quality. The more cars they do the more money they make. They don’t spend to long wiping your car down after it comes out of the wash, leaving stubborn debris, bugs and other stuff that’s been sitting on your paint for too long. I’m always forced to grab a towel and wipe down the car myself. They just need to spend some extra TLC when cleaning. Try a local hand car wash, you’d be happier with your results.
