This is one of the better car washes in the area. The only reason I don’t give them a 5 star is because the employees always missed spots especially when cleaning the glasses/windows/mirrors & if you mention it to them, they talk bad about the clients (“What does she even want, she only paid $40 for her car wash”).. When I use to pay for an $80 express detail they would still miss spots and talk trash as if they were doing an amazing job. A bit of advice, stop degrading the clients especially while they’re still there. There’s no reason for me to pay for a $200+ detail if your team can’t even wipe my windows down correctly. This just shows me you’re okay doing a mediocre job simply because a customer didn’t get the package you wanted. Do a better job & keep your mouth shut so people can trust you to take care of their vehicles when they pay for more expensive packages.

I do not recommend this place at all! I paid for the most expensive service to get the best clean for my vehicle. These days, the car dryers are lazy and rude! As you can see... there was blue tape left on my mirror! He even wiped it with the towel like it was part of my car! Smh! Water is still everywhere. I had to use my own towels to finish the dry. When I asked the guy what's up with all of the things not done, he wanted to play like he didn't understand me and walked off! I'm absolutely sick of these car wash places! The highest paid service should be damn near as close to a detail as possible without the detailing attributes. But no! You pay more and still get the same service as the cheaper options! I'm livid! Even left trash inside the car. What do you think inside and outside means? Smh! It's just sad!

Absolute worst car wash and customer service by staff. They don't even care if the car is clean or not after the wash. When I tried to clean it myself they forcefully turned off the machine and told me to leave.

Worst Service ever. I paid for Super Wash. no Vacuum not even floor mat not also the window. Don’t go there and waste your money. You can get Better service from hand wash for this price and your car paint will be safe as well.

I went on Christmas eve to get a oil change and once I got the oil change I got a warning on my car that says check system and I went today to get it checked out and the Hispanic people working there didn't want to help me and they told me to go to autozone because they don't know how to fix it and their machine isn't working and I would like for the manager to respond to find out what kind of workers he has
