It is a small park, good for a quick dog walk and which is very neatly maintained. It has a small library box which is maintained by the neighbors ( one of those boxes where you take a book - leave a book). No picnic area, nor public ones.
Remember walking here with my kindergarten class. This park hasn't changed since my childhood, I walk here still to this day. It is a beautiful little park. My Great grandparents moved to North Wales ,Pa. in 1924, 98 years ago. I'm proud to still be living here in mine and their quaint hometown.
I've been living in North Wales on and off for the last 35 years. When I was a teenager I always wanted leave the area - now that I'm older I realize how awesome this town is. There's a big vibe of community and friendliness when you go out to community day or a parade - from the shop owners, restaurants and bars, everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Nice park. Very well kept. I walk my dog there almost everyday. Went to the 150th anniversary of the bourough that was held there.. Was an awesome time.. Fireworks were amazing..
Even though it's a little park, occasionally things happen there. You can wander around the perimeter of the building while it is silent. several benches. There are no play areas for children; it is only suitable for picnics.
