Floris Spa & Nail

The ladies at Floris Spa North Wales are amiable and kind. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and was provided exceptional service right away. The nail technician, Anna, was gentle and precise. The shop is spotless and spacious. Prices are reasonable and cost-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a soothing, relaxing experience.

I recently got into a car accident so I had to book an Uber to come here to my booked appointment. It was my first time being here. I asked for a refill on dip powder and she told me I don’t have dip ( which I did because I’m aware of what I get each nail appointment) I explained to her the process of how she did my nails. Then I asked if she’s could just them soak them off and I’ll do something different this time like acrylic. Then she told me that she can’t provide me service because she only booked me for an hour and half and has other customers. I am extremely disappointed and left with a huge inconvenience. I had to spend money to get here. Had made an appointment in advance. Just to get told the day of the appointment that I cannot be serviced.

Calm environment. Staff was able to take us as walk ins for gel mani and regular pedi on a Saturday afternoon, even though they were busy! We upgraded the pedi to their "happy pedi" for only a few dollars more and really enjoyed 10 extra minutes of massage followed by hot stone massage and hot towels. Due to an illness in our family, we hadn't had nails done in 8-9 weeks... ugh. The nail techs handled my very long toenails gently but with exactly the skills needed. ???? ?? Great job on both hands and feet! This will be our new go-to place. Would recommend appointments on Saturdays especially. Lovely people.

This place is a joke ...it's nice and cleanish per say , yes they use liners and make you wash your hands which is great however nail polish selection is limited , techs aren't experienced or maybe my wasn't . I got a full set and a dip and my nails looked awful ...so bulky and not smooth ...93 dollars later plus pedicure i won't be going back ...

I haven't gone to a nail salon in since before the pandemic so I was happy to be able to go get a proper pedicure and manicure! All of the ladies were wonderful and the spa was clean and welcoming! Lisa and Lynne both did an amazing job on my nails and it was very relaxing and reasonably priced! I also had a cut under my nail from work and when I told Lisa about it she was very gentle with it so I wouldn't be winceing Everytime she touched it!!! Will definitely be my new go to spot to get my nails done from now on!
