Wash Zone

I used this facility for the first time and it will be my last. No staff onsite or number to call if there's a problem. Accessing money to use was confusing. Their card system was inside, required purchasing a card for $5 and filling or use quarters. No way to get cash in or near the building if you had larger than a $10 bill to get quarters from the old machines outside. And to top it all off if you accidentally leave something behind, kiss it goodbye, they trash it the same night.

Other than being clean this laundromat has nothing to offer. Dryers are the worst in town. Lots of the machines out of order. Currently having an issue where the washer won't stop. Has been a half hour since I called and no one to fix it yet and she doesn't know when they will be here.

I will never use their car vacuums again!!!!$1 for a few minutes and it didn't even pickup the penny on the floor of my car? So it did a horrible job on picking up sand. I thought those vacuums were bad years ago but Damn!!!! 100% the worst!! The dryers are a rip off inside. The timers are messed up on over half of them and I even got ripped off for $1.50 on 2 of them. I also had a very small load of work shirts and socks in a top dryer and it took $1.50 , ran on the highest setting and my load was still wet. I moved the same items to a different dryer and spent $1.00 and everything was dry. Seems a bit of a rip off. Think I need find a better place.

The machines got shut off in the middle of a load at 9 instead of 10 when they close and no atm in 2024 is absurd

There is not a phone number posted for when things don’t work properly. I placed $5.00 in the machine to get a card to dry my clothes. The card came out with zero balance on it. So bacically I came all the way from Texas for this place to rip my family off.
