Coin Laundromat in Laurel (Coin Laundry)

Did the wash and fold service and it was amazing. Clothes were very neatly folded, all the way down to the underwear briefs and socks. I have a 1 year old pit and she got almost all of the dog hair out of our clothes. Everything smelled great and and pressed tightly in the fold. Thanks coin laundry.

I’ve been coming here for a year now. My family and I haven’t had any issues with this laundromat. I gave it 4 stars because whenever the husband is on-site, he automatically begins yelling/shouting with his wife. Being apart of an extended (Korean) family, I’ve noticed the language sounds louder for others listening like myself. However, their back and forth conversations sound more like arguing than casual talking. The energy is very calm until the husband arrives. Aside from that, this place is wonderful!!

Used to love this place. Tell they started making up unwritten rules for certain people and not others. Have been washing the same clothes and comforter here for 6 years to be exact. Now randomly my comforter being washed is an issue for the machines that holds 20 pounds of clothes compared to my light comforter I’ve washed here for years…. A joke, no longer worth going out the way for. Was treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about while the lady literally acknowledged seeing me in here for years with my son. Washing thee same items. Update: So literally watched a women with 2 comforters and 2 cloth mattress protectors just like mine wash and dry them all together with no issue. When I pointed this out the lady rolled her eyes and walked away. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE, NOR WILL MY FAMILY. Reported to BBB as I can prove with picture and video this was only done to me with others having way heavier material jumbled together

I have been using this service for 10 years Michelle has taken care of my clothes and Childrens clothes she goes over and beyond to ensure quality in everything she does even the way she folds the close is excellent!! Please do not hesitate to give her your laundry business I wish I could rate her service at 10 starts . Thank you

I’ve gone twice and each time my exper Has not been welcoming. The second time the man was very rude instead of being helpful. Good way to lose business.
