I give them no stars. This is the next day after I got my nails done. I call in to talk to the manager and the only thing she said she could do is buff them and put one layer white polish back on so they can change back the same color cause I put lotion and hand sanitizer on my hand she said that the white be getting stain or the color change when I use lotion or hand sanitizer but why would you not tell ppl that before getting white and this is the only nail shop I know that they White polish change color cause I use lotion and hand sanitizer They could never get my money again. Do not go here you will be overly charged and not satisfied

I used to love going here, but the last year has been terrible! Every time I go the service is different. Sometimes I get lotion, cuticle oil, and a hot towel, and sometimes I don’t. You would assume you would get that every time since you’re paying for that as part of your service. They are always in such a rush also. And recently the add on charges they have are outrageous! I went in for a fill-in no chip today which is $38. Then they added a $5 “Reshape” and a $3 “cut nail”. I got the same exact nail shape I had previously so he didn’t have to do much “reshaping”, and $3 dollars for them to file my nail down because I wanted it a tiny bit shorter?! That’s outrageous. Filing a nail is a customary service for a manicure and should not be an extra charge. Thank god I said no to a cuticle cut otherwise I probably would’ve been charged another $8. I had a disappointing experience with my last appointment also. I made an appointment, just for them to tell me every nail artists was taken at that time. I waited 30 minutes. Then I wanted to get something fixed on my nails so I went back the next day, and they said they couldn’t help me because the nail artist who did mine wasn’t there that day and that I would have to wait another five days till he was working again. I used to love this place, but I’m starting to think I need to find somewhere different to go.

Absolutely horrible of a business. They're so over priced, do horrible work unless it's what they want to do to your nails, don't know what oval is, and are down right greedy. Was told it was a charge to cut my cuticle, $5 per finger - since when was that a thing at a nail salon? Will never be returning and have heard the same from others in Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park. I hope they go out of business. I wanted short oval - apparently this is oval to them. Thus is square round. I wanted them done for my bridal shower and now have disgusting looking nails! Worst monet I have ever spent. What's worse is the owner did them and acted like we were bothering her. Girl we're your clients! Bye!

Such a relaxing experience with good menu options for pedicures. I love the hot stone massage included with the Jelly Spa. Good efficient service and staff. Appointments are best, but they take walk-ins. Be aware, a 3% charge is now being added when paying with your card. Cash would be best if possible.
