O P Nails

Came here while visiting family less than 2 weeks ago and I already have to get my toes done again. The gal who did my nails was extremely rough. She ripped out parts of my nails causing bleeding as she clipped them too far. The polish was extremely clumpy and I had to file down when I got back to my mother in laws house. I had a wax treatment that I had to wipe off as it was half way up my legs and under my nails. I never get ingrown nails but have two in the nails they over clipped. I do not recommend this place and if I go back will look at another one. Disappointed as this place was highly recommended by family friends.

I have been coming here since I was 15, and will not switch shops! They’ve always done such an A M A Z I NG job on each set that I’ve gotten! And I’m 25 now. Never had a problem with my nails lifting before it’s time to take them off, I don’t know what “Ramiro Espino” is talking about ???? only OP here is you clearly. Please make your own judgements, I recommend you visit them and give them a chance. Jimmy,Angie and Mike are amazing nail techs, they work hard. Never had I ever had a set come off in one day smh

Horrible customer service. I asked for a dip powder fullset. First of all, when she put the fake nail tips on she did not march them to my correct nail size. You could see the nail tip on my skin. Then she put some on crooked. Making my nail look crooked asf. My left hand thumb is way bigger and longer than my right hand and i noticed this by comparing the two. I also noticed it by I can't type because it keeps getting in the damn way. She files and buffers way too hard. When she noticed i did not like it. She gave me an attitude and when i said i can leave. She said i will do what you want with an attitude. She continued to do my nails angrily. The end of result. My nails look uneven and crooked. She put the top coat on my skin. The powder looks way to thick and unevenly dipped. Horrible and disrespectful old lady in the front who did my nails.

When I walked in Mike greeted me with great customer service. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no, he said that's ok, they take walk-ins. He gave me the best pedicure ever, and the leg massage was included! I will be back!

This place is AMAZING!! The service here is wonderful! Angie and Mike are always having a conversation with you, and making sure you like the service that you are receiving!! Definitely coming here again!
