Veterans Park

Very clean. Picnic tables were all clean and accessible. Little work out area was shaded. Saw many people using the bikes. Excellent path free of debris to walk. Dog park was also being used.

Love this park to walk around with the pups. Lots of shade and grass for a mid day walk. Concert in the parks are awesome here, wish they would do more. Farmers market is every third Saturday of the month and we love going up there.

Veterans Park in Imperial Beach has been completely renovated and trust me when I say it does not disappoint! The park features a large playground with an ADA Bridge/Sway Fun Glider, swings, climbing equipment, musical equipment, and an integrated tot lot area.The playground has partial shade but it’s best to wear a hat or apply sunscreen if visiting the park on a hot day. Also, this is a new fitness area with shade just a walking distance from the playground. Bathrooms are very clean, a dog park is located on the back end of the park and don’t forget to visit the Imperial Beach library (also a walking distance from the playground).

My dog never wants to leave. He loves rolling in the grass and I love the beautiful pine trees. There is a really nice brand new playground. I like working out on the free outdoor gym. When mother nature calls visit this beautiful park !

Excersize equipment that is shaded, beautiful grass and well kept play area for kids. Dog park attached as well as the library, senior center, community garden, library book store and more. Clean restroom and watering fountains. Dog park is dirt with a few trees and benches. Dog park also has a dog watering fountain. Every 3rd Saturday is an amazing local craft fair. My favorite park in IB.
