Weird experience. Been coming here since the owner had vanity nails but it seems to be getting worse and really strange. Today I was there for a pedicure and manicure which are both pretty nice. However I had waxing done and the room was horrific. Wanted to leave and not let her touch me because I was so grossed out but I didn’t (hope I don’t regret that). She double dipped her stick in the wax the whole time and it was very unhygienic and on top of that I paid $120 for the service. Then when I checked out the “kids” running the front were like snuggling on the couch making out and the guy had fresh hickies all over his neck. So bizarre, disturbing and very unprofessional!

So here it depends who does your service. Very disappointed with my last visit. You have to make sure to be very specific with what you want I unfortunately was not specific enough. It started off well she kept my shape nice. I asked to make my nails thin as most salons tend to bulk up acrylic she didn’t make them thin. Anyway onto the design, is showed her the photo below but wanted white tip. She did the first nail an showed me if it was what o wanted I showed her the photo an tried to correct on what I wanted. She finished the rest and asked if I like it I said yeah it’s ok. I’m not one to make someone redo it I felt bad. But it was such a sloppy job!! I wanted white TIP but the white ran down the entire nail on half of them and it was soooo uneven. Also had red powder from grinding my previous set down on the new gel and she just went over it with topcoat. I was so upset driving home. That’s not even all. I got them done Friday and they were chipping Sunday. My previous 3 week gel didn’t have a single chip in it. Such a waste of $50.

Customer beware! I was a long time customer here and at first everything seemed fine. I found a nail technician that I really liked and would schedule appointments to see her a week in advance at a certain time and would always have to wait when I would go in for my appointment (and a couple of times was placed with a different technician altogether after having to wait.) Every time I go in when I have an appointment I have to wait and I am constantly seeing people who just walk in (and I even hear them say they do not have an appointment) being taken back for the same service before those with a scheduled appointment. Every time I have gone in my nails would lift immediately after I got them done and I always seem to have a couple fall off easily. I'm constantly having to Super Glue my nails until the next fill. My nails feel loose often like they are going to come off and then today when one fell off I noticed a nice spot of fungus!!!! this has never happened to me in my entire life and I have had my nails done for 20 years or more. I started to take off my nails and found another fungus spot on my natural nail. I have gone in with my daughter and asked to have them just paint her fingernails and they charge me $10 after having some man who doesn't even do nails totally mess up and not even fix the Polish around her nail as they laughed the whole time in their native language. Others get offered drinks I never get offered a drink. This place is beautiful on the inside but it's like a female that's had a bunch of plastic surgery ...it's not genuine. These people don't care about their customers it's just a rotating door of dollar signs for them. Though I go in and am disappointed Time After Time I keep giving them another shot but after finding fungus on my nails I've decided that I need to go somewhere else and so should you.

Absolutely stunning!! There are so many color options, the staff is friendly and professional! They also do amazing, lasting work in your nails, have a couple kids chairs, and give our complimentary drinks (which includes wine and MIMOSAS) This is the only place we ever go ????

Moved to spokane from Denver in February and have finally found my new place!!! Tony was amazing! Super friendly and made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed each process not to mentioned I was treated as VIP. The manicure I paired with my pedicure was done at the same time and done quick enough to allow me to enjoy my complimentary wine! It has been quite the journey to find a place that has paraffin wax and this place has it all!
