V.V Nails

I am a regular here but went somewhere else while out of town and my nails were butchered. I came back to vv nails and noticed they had a few new staff. Bruno noticed and quickly rescued my nails before I could mention I did not like the ones I had one and did an amazing cute valentines design!! He was great highly recommend requesting Bruno he’s new and has shown me more of his work. He can definitely do all the Pinterest/designs you might have in mind plus the cute simple works like mine, which I loved. Definitely coming back for Bruno

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, this used to be my favorite place! It has really gone downhill, and I have never, not tipped in my life until today….. I went in to get my dips removed…. he did a horrible job and left red glitter dip all over my nails, my fingers and cotton stuck on every finger…. I walked out of there honestly in shock at how bad my fingers and nails were left!!! He told me to wash my hands and I did, and I scrubbed them like crazy, and as I walked back over to his table I was going to show him, but he already had another customer sitting in my chair and had started doing her nails…. and yes, I paid full price for this service. (Sidenote, the salon was absolutely filthy, and had white dust on everything and the utensils look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time)

I love this salon especially the customer service ????????i didn't have to make a reservation they were extremely accommodating. Crystal did my acrylic tips and with team work katie designed my flowers ???????? my pedi was done by John who did amazing. Big thanks to the manager jack super professional and warm, he offered a variety of drinks and a Pepsi to go!!

First time here. My appointment was on time and the nail tech was friendly enough. I had a basic manicure and brought my own polish. Did not realize my cuticles were hardly pushed back so will need another manicure soon. The place was filthy. Everything was covered in white dust - nail filings? Obviously no cleaning of the workstations in quite some time. The manicure was $25 and I left a $5 tip. I did not get the receipt - too bad because they charged my account $32.00. Be careful and get your receipt or pay in cash.
