Cane Bay Nails and Spa

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My husband got me a gift card for Mother's Day, and asked 2 people in the spa how much it would be to get a full set and a pedicure. He was told only $75. Once I found out, I called the place TWICE to get an answer, and got 2 DIFFERENT prices. I also called and told they'd be open in 20 minutes for me to come in. I get there in 10 and was told it would be over an hour. So when I went in the next day, I decided to only get my hands done because I was already done with the guessing games. Full set came out to $75. I would have been okay with this other than the fact that my skin was cut all around my nails and bleeding. The design was not even close to what I asked for. The tech didn't even speak to me the entire time. I tried to make myself like the nails, but couldn't justify $75 for a bad job. I called rhe next day and went in to see if I could at least get the 2 design nails redone. She argued that I didn't "like how the nail polish sits on my nails" and that I should have had them redone the same dayeven thought it was closing time and I was already over my hands bleeding and stinging and dealing with the rude tech. ???? and she then wanted me to repay to get 2 nails redone. They're not only rude, but don't know what theyre doing. My nails have been lifting since day 6 after getting them done. Never will be going here again.

Completely disappointed. They charge high prices for terrible work. I paid $92.50 and tipped a $20 on top of that. Had I realized the color difference in the paint I would have made them fixed it on the spot. However, I didn’t see the difference until I made it home and was outside and looked at my toe nails. Then I looked at my hands and really saw the less than average job they did on my finger nails. I went back two days later when I had the time in my busy schedule. The first woman acted appalled with me. Then another woman asked me to come back the next day. Which I was not available at all due to family flying in and graduation. Hopefully this will save someone else for wasting their money and time.

The ambiance was relaxing, and the customer service was excellent. The nail technician named Derrick, did a great job on my pink & white full set. If you are looking for an exquisite calming experience then this nail salon is the place, conveniently located in the Publix Shopping Center in Cane Bay (Summerville,SC).

Great job on my pink and white nails! They stay busy so I would recommend an appointment, but I've never waited more than 30 minutes when I have had to wait. I like Michelle for my nails and waxing!

Clean, Friendly, Relaxing. A true spa experience that is safe and accommodating. With a full menu of services and treatments that can be requested on a walk in basis. Requesting personal protection through the eating of a face covering in a constantly disinfectant spa areas.
