Ultra Nails

This place is amazing I walked in without an appointment right away I was seated and Timothy did my nails and he did a fabulous job! I love my nails and I'm happy that I stopped by here! I was a little nervous since I am not from the area I am from Californ but I am so happy that I stop by here and that he helped me out and gave me some pretty nails! Definitely will come here again in the future!

I really hate leaving this review because this used to be my favorite place to go but something has changed and the last time I went it was just awful. I called over a week in advance and set up appointments for myself and two friends, we all planned to get the exact same services mani/pedi's. It took over 2 1/2 hours and at least the first 45 minutes of which was just the 3 of us just sitting in the pedicure chairs waiting for the tech to come start (granted there were 2 techs and both were finishing up with clients but if they'd come like started our water and the jets for us to soak our feet while we waited, that would have been fine... they didn't). The only differences between our services was myself and one friend choose gel polish and the wax treatment while the third went with regular polish, well by the time the tech got to me she couldn't even find the # for the polish color I wanted so I ended up just going with the same color as our friend. We're not even going to discuss my manicure by that point we were all getting really hungry and just wanted to get on with our day. So we go to pay (remember the only differences here... 2 of us got the hot wax with our pedi and gel, that's all). Explain how they both paid the same amount but somehow my bill was nearly $100? And to top all that off within 3 days my polish started chipping off I have never had gel polish chip that fast before in my life. The same happened to my friend who actually needed hers to look nice because she was attending a wedding, I was so embarrassed and probably apologized to her about a dozen times after the fact.

They were extremely polite and got us in and out very quickly loved how my nails turned out . They were extremely great with my younger sister who just wanted hers painted ??????

I don't know what has happened to their service and quality. Have gone there through the many years and today I thought I treat myself to a pedicure. I was in and out less than 20 minutes the guy hardy clipped my toenails and soaked for a quick moment didn't clean or trim cuticle around nail and one coat of polish...will not be back very disappointed He was so quick to leave and rude as he was cleaning the basin as my nails dried. I expressed my disappointment to the owner Amy but really didn't seem to care. I paid and now I wished I hadn't
