Cali Nails

I walked in with low expectations because of my negative experiences with other salons. However, I was blown away with the results! Finally: no cuts on my fingers, and my nail designs look good! I'm definitely coming back here :)

I had a terrible experience!!!! Needless to say when I give instructions those are the instructions that I mean!!! I told the guy , please don't cut my toenails down too short and knocked my sides off .... Not only did he cut it down, he clipped half of my toenail ¡ so as soon as I walked to my ???????? my toenail broke!!!! Rendering my $40 pedicure with $10 tip to him, a waste of my ????!!! So upset!!!!! Very rude , then , did not thank the customer for coming, did not put a hot towel over your legs, and absolutely refused to put two coats of clear polish over my French tip!!!! Very very rude will not even speak English to you !!!! Total waste of $50 never again!!!!!! Very upset!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say the man fkd my hard work of growing out my toenails...so that they look beautiful for a French tip ¡? as you can see !!!! I screamed out loud when the man gutted my poor toe nail!!! One week later also, That rude man cut down every single toenail so that it would render my pedicure useless within 7 Days on top of him cutting into my skin!!!! Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life,,

My friend and I walked into Cali Nails yesterday wanting a pedicure each. We were okay with waiting. However, the lady who painted my friends nails was extremely rushed and unprofessional. Then, the lady doing my nails took more time, but she dropped the disposable foot scrubber on the floor and proceeded to use it on my foot. Also, the tools they used were not sealed in sanitary packaging. Overall, it was a poor experience. $80 later the photo shows the paint job we received.

I have been a customer of Cali Nails for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. Ms. Linda always takes great care of me each time I go in. She knows exactly what I want and I am more than pleased with how my nails look and feel. I won’t use any other nail salon in town.

I asked for an ombré clear to black with tips and dip, I specified no acrylic. Almond shaped He gave me a round pink to black ombré with 3 cuts to my hands an acrylic base and gel polish it was so bad I told them that I was not happy with them when they asked if I liked them So they redid them keeping the acrylic, cutting my hand in two new places and using dip for the tips He also didn’t even clean the old dip off my nails before he started applying the new set each of my nails is outlined in the black I had on when I went in In the end I wound up with 5 cuts on my nail beds and nails that aren’t completely embarrassing
