U-Do-It Car Wash

A lot of muddy vehicles get cleaned here, so it'll likely get stuck in your vehicle tire treads and your shoes. Sometimes the brushes work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it accepts all 8 of your quarters, sometimes you'll need to add more because it doesn't recognize the coins. Sometimes the change machine works, sometimes it doesn't. (((There's a couple of other do it yourself hand car wash locations... I would rate this as a second favorite, it's easily accessible. The one on Broadway, strangers usually approach asking for change. (I just tell them no, they usually walk away. Still annoying though.) The other one on Stewart Rd would be a better option, but the traffic in that area can be frustrating when turning across the lanes. They're all about 2$ to start the timer to wash. Timed vacuums are about 2$ also. There's a new auto wash on (northbound) 61st St and Ave.T... starts at 6$ for basic wash, more for under carriage cleaning and ceramic, etc. , they do offer monthly packages. Free vacuuming and returnable cloth towels available for use. There is a larger tote for used towels to keep them separate from the clean ones Also window cleaner. Sometimes fragrance.)))

Did a decent job washing the muck off my truck. Drains didn't work real well so I spent my wash time standing in several inches of bubbles.

Car wash is very good but the change machine owe me $5.00. I put a $10.00 bill in it 3 weeks ago and it only gave me $5.00. The owner has made things right in the past.I haven't seen him there yet to let him know about this latest change machine incident.

Busy place on a Tuesday afternoon! I went back in the morning and got my car clean for $2. All equipment clean and in working order.

Much needed after a week of camping out on the beach. Great option -- the only thing we still needed after this was an undercarriage wash.
