U Car Wash

I used the hand wash bay to prewash the wheels and loosen up the bugs. Then I paid for the most expensive automatic wash. Instead of the wheel cleaner cleaning the wheels, it sprayed all over the windshield as I was pulling in so I couldn't see! Luckily I missed the guide rails in the tunnel. Then the brushes didn't even scrub the whole car. Having the machine stay still while the car drives through the spray is a horrible way to clean a vehicle! After exiting the tunnel I found the car still covered in soap and dirt. There was even stuff stuck to the car that wasn't there before the car wash! I ended up having to pull back into the hand wash bay to re-wash the whole car, which was very painful 2 weeks after having surgery on my elbow and wrist. After cleaning the foam off of me from the leaking brush hose, I left a note with my info in the mailbox like the sign says and it's been almost 3 weeks with no contact. What a horrible way to spend $30!

The car wash did a nice job. Normally these types of moving wash systems don't work well but to my surprise it did. Just needs better signage once inside the wash and the option of receiving a receipt after payment.

My experience has been positive. I am glad they have monthly options. I have chosen the cheapest monthly subscription and it cleans the car good enough. It's nice to be able to wash my car unlimited times in a single month.

UPDATE: Since I had bought the monthly unlimited car wash thing, I decided to give it another try. This time the wash was perfect so Im guessing the first issue was just a flook and maybe something weird had gotten on my car that I didnt know about. Everything came out clean and shiny. My only complaint now is that the dryer isnt very good. We had to drive home and dry the car off with a towel to prevent spotted windows. This could be my fault. Maybe I didnt go slow enough thru the dryer. But it just doesnt seem anywhere near as powerful as other dryers at other washes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Do not use the automatic wash. We did it just once and regreted it deeply. It left a grey sludge like film all over my beautiful new car. We couldnt even see out the windows. I had to use my washer fluid almost non stop to get the 3 blocks to mt house. Took us 4 hours of scrubbing to get the car free from the filth that was left after the wash. Never again

Can't beat the express wash Love my $4 car wash. I do use deluxe when needed. Thanks for keeping your pricing affordable
