AMG Car And Pet Wash

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst car wash in Washington County. The first time that I went, the brushes caught my antenna (that cannot be removed or retracted) and damaged my hood and side panel, shut the machine down, and trapped me between the 2 roll down doors. I called the number and the man that responded came out screaming at me about damaging his equipment. Fast forward a few years and I decided to try again with a diffident vehicle. I spent $14 just to pull out with a dirty, sudsy car. I proceeded to the self serve bay to rinse the soap off. The machine said I would be charged another $5.00 for so many minutes. I ran my card, rinsed my car, and left before the original time was up. Imagine my surprise to find that I had been charged $15 for the rinse that I had to do to get the soap off from what I had already spent $14 on. Basically, I got taken for $29 and still left with a dirty vehicle. This business is run by a bunch of crooks and thieves.

Worst automated car wash I’ve been through. Paid $14. Car just didn’t get clean. Dryer blew suds from the base of the hood onto the windshield which means the rinse job was just as bad as the wash. Very disappointing. Was hoping for some rags to completely dry the car but that’s not available. I’ve had better $5 washes with free vacuum. Hope they make improvements.

As others have said, credit card reader does not work & no signs to tell you that. Only the side of my car was cleaned, dirt still on the roof, trunk & hood. When I called to alert them I was asked if there was still dirt on it. I said yes, I could run my finger over it & dirt came off. He said if it’s dirt in the wax, it won’t come off with hands free wash. What a waste of $12!! At night this place is just s hangout for large groups of people. Never again!!

Nice, clean car wash. Prices are decent but with the self serve wash small amounts of soap kept coming out of the sprayer while rinsing. I don’t know if it’s bleeding through accidentally but no matter what the small amount of soap kept coming during rinse. I finally just gave up.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. First time I washed my prius here and the wash missed sides of the car and the hood. I legitimately thought I did something wrong which caused that. Today I brought my dad's car, and same thing, hood is not clean at all. Even soap residue left on the back .
