Tulip's Nail Salon

I went there on December 8th for a pedicure. The tech name Kim was great! But the owner named Sue was rude. My toe nails were drying underneath the machine they have for that. All of a sudden Sue says "put your shoes on, your toes are dry!" Then her and her daughter Linda said something in their language and started laughing. I left and went home. I only live 5 minutes away from Tulips. When I got home and looked at my toenails, about 4 of them was smudged, so I guess they weren't dry after all! I don't know if Sue has said that to others to rush them out but I will take my business elsewhere. I have at least 50 friends that have been going there over the years and I'm letting all of them know how I was treated! If it wasn't for the community that have been supporting Tulips all these years they would not be in business. I think Sue has forgotten that.

I had such an amazing experience here. My nails came out so beautiful and it was my first time there, and I will be returning.

I had been going from place to place getting my nail bed destroyed. I had nails popping off. Until 2 years ago when I started going to Tulip Nails. Tammy is my tech and she has never failed me. My nail bed is in good shape and they never break. I come in with photos and gems and flowers and she hooks me up. If she has the extras I need she just hooks me up. I got a last minute full set, amazing. Good atmosphere and quick service.

Been going to Tulip for 28 years. Have never had a bad experience. All the technicians are excellent, highly professional and gracious. Would never consider any place else!

Went to fix one of my nails. Had color changing nail polish and one of the masters couldn’t understand what I wanted to have (I asked to find two colors and put one solid color and a stripe of another), then a friendly lady translated to master and she became angry and rejected to serve me hence I was moved to another master. Instead of chosen peach color, she put grey color, then I’ve asked to change it and she put the wrong color again (although I’ve chosen the color in palette and they seen the number). Stripe design was thick and when I asked to change it, she painted line that’s not straight at all. $6 for redoing my natural nail (including removing the polish)
