Triple Eights Republic

Good place for a bite of lunch and has a varied menu. Nice staff and relatively fast service. The Mongolian beef was quite yummy. Drinks are limited, no alcohol or fountain options. Might be better for take out. Still came away as a happy camper.

We had dinner at Triple Eights in Republic. I'm kind of torn on my review. They were super friendly, the place was clean, and the food came out fast and hot. We had the Chicken Teriyaki and the Cashew Chicken. The chicken was good on both, but the sauces were different. The Teriyaki was very rich and almost too strong, if that makes sense.? The Cashew chicken sauce was ok, a little bland, and needed salt to add much-needed flavor. I will go with 4 stars as this is more of an opinion or a personal taste issue. They were so friendly and very welcoming. I would go again but will try something different.

Me and my boyfriend LOVE this place. Best Chinese we’ve ever had. We drive 45 minutes one way just to eat here. People are very friendly too! Sesame chicken, generals chicken, egg drop soup is so good! Egg rolls are always crunchy too. Definitely recommend going here!

Nasty, never coming here again. First and last time. I ordered general Taos and got chicken nuggets with dipping sauce basically. Lo me in and rice were just covered In soy sauce basically, no flavor. The egg roll was slimy inside. Here’s pictures if you don’t believe me :) the one shining thing is customer service, they were nice. But the food is just pathetic honestly. I honestly don’t really do reviews because I hate to be the reason a small business plunders but this truth be told…should shut down. Either fix your food or don’t serve that junk.

Food was mediocre at best. Purchase three separate meals each had a different sauce they failed to put enough sauce and basically it was just chicken with fried breading. Rice was not very good. Eggrolls were average at best. Crab Rangoon was OK. I would’ve definitely felt better about spending my $50 somewhere else clean environment though and well maintained dining area. Staff was nice
