Tokyo Express

Hands down the worst (Asian) restaurant I've ever been to in NC. The food is bland at best and the portions for the price are a joke. I couldn't even get through half of this sad meal before throwing it away. Just because you serve (Warm) sushi doesn't make this Japanese. Terrible food!

The line is usually wrapped around but other than that the food is super good & great serving size.

Used to love this place growing up but has changed over past year or so. Food portions have shrunk massively and the price has increased 30-40%. Food I got today tasted like a burnt grill. Wont be back

I've been coming to this Tokyo Express as long as I can remember! Since before the kitchen fire with the remodel after; the Toad on the coins that's brown on the counter survived that fire; Their great tasting food persisted! I actually come by so often the managment knows me and my order, all I have to do is pull in the drive thru or walk in and they already know what I'm ordering! If you haven't already, You have to try Tokyo Express!

This used to be my favorite place for take out a year ago. However I stopped eating out and haven’t had any Tokyo express in over a year. I stopped by tonight on my way home excited to have some hibachi chicken. When I got home I was extremely disappointed to see the portion size and how much I had paid for my food. Extremely extremely disappointed in the portion sizing, quality of food, and the price. This place used to be really good. Food was great and you were getting your moneys worth. Tonight I received a kids meal portion of food. Very disappointed Tokyo express.
