Tipton Family Restaurant

Google says the restaurant is open till 12 but the kitchen closed before nine. When you go in there and it’s five or nine and you ask for a drink and get a drink and there’s no kitchen available. It’s quite disappointing. This is the second time I have been in that restaurant and been sincerely disappointed in the kitchen time frame or the Actual food. There will be a third time! Exceptionally disappointing! As I told the waitress had you said that there were no menus because there were no food because the kitchen was closed I would not have ordered drinks. She looked at me blankly & saying I’m sorry, while setting the drink down. Very disappointing. Very first time I was in there the food was absolutely terrible and was so disappointing, I can’t even explain. Now this…… absolutely terrible

June 2023 - revisited for lunch. Had a chicken salad. Server was great. Food excellent. Atmosphere was good. Easy parking. Still recommend. 2019 - Great spot for lunch. Lunch specials, breakfast all day, so many sandwich options, great salad selection, and a nice selection of appetizers. The servers were awesome and did a great job. The BLT I ordered was very good and the whole plate came hot and ready to eat. The soup was delicious and was a great leadup to the sandwich. Good stop and I highly recommend a visit.

Don't let the outside fool you, this small town family restaurant is beautiful and real delight. A very clean and respectful place with the most polite and friendly staff you could wish for. The food is amazing, down home cooking, great portion sizes, and you get plenty for your money. They also have a wide variety of food to choose from, so you'll never run out of options or get tired of this diamond in the rough!

Went here for some brunch, best food ever, not only but the service was amazing, same with the atmosphere, 10/10 definitely recommend to eat here!

Awesome service by Abby. Clean and fresh ambiance. Food was fast and good, coffee was hot and good. So glad they open at 7am.
