The Vaults Bar

One of the best pubs in Stoney. Quaint. Historic. Cracking Guinness. Good selection of ales. Decent lager on tap. Cosy atmosphere. Staff friendly and always a friendly punter to chat to if you fancy.

Would love to go every Sunday for the live music BUT the pub has allowed the musicians completely take over the front sitting bar area, leaving punters like us, Stuck at the Back in a small room or hanging around the bar. The musicians have become completely self indulgent in themselves. Feels more like a practice session, which is fine but at least contain the area they consume. Or have them sit in the back and let the public sit in the nice area. The thought of live music is so appealing but this pub do not make it welcoming for the public seeming to prefer the musicians. Surely it could be better managed. Please ????

Fri night with friends, good staff who changed my beer as it may have been tampered with but I wasn't sure. Quaint pub/bar which always has a crowd, great to see it open again under new management

Lovely bar to get a drink. Can get very busy but an excellent atmosphere. Real "traditional" pub night out.....
