The Manchester Grill

Great food, reasonable prices. However, I came here for lunch and there seemed to be only one server working. There was a good amount of people eating and the poor server was running around apologizing to everyone because she was so swamped. I understand that it wasn't the servers fault as she was doing the best that she could. Management should prepare for a lunch rush and staff accordingly. I'm working in the area over the next few weeks, so I'm sure I'll eat here again - I'll update my review of the service issue is resolved.

Great food. Service was a little slow. They need more help during lunch. Server was nice just stretched a little thin.

We ordered takeout for lunch while visiting the area. The food was ready very quickly, and was very good. The homemade chips were delicious. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, and we chatted with 2 employees at the restaurant who were very pleasant. The portions were generous and the prices were good. The next time we're in the area we will definitely dine in!

I don't know what happened to this place. We've been going here for years and always loved it. But something has changed. Two visits in a row, spread over a few months, have been terrible. This time we brought guests with us (embarrassing) and here is how it went: Restaurant was not busy. Waited 10 minutes just to have drink order taken. Drinks were never refilled. Waited 30+ minutes to get our food. The portions on the halibut and fries were laughable. Two small pieces of fish and smidge of fries. We questioned whether it was a child's meal. The waitress never came back to the table except to bring the check. The location is awesome, but spend your money somewhere else.

Excellent view. Friendly staff with great food.
