On recommendation from a local colleague while visiting for work. Very tasty, very good price, and the girls working the register were super sweet and really helpful for a first time visitor to Louisiana crawfish season. Excellent meal, thanks!

Me and my husband went around 2 it was dead. So we expected the food to be hot and fresh. It was not. Spent $40 for food that was barely hot. The Mac n cheese was not good at all and the brisket was extremely dry. They also had mold on their ice. Most likely won’t be back.

Food was good. The pulled pork was very good. The ribs were dry. The sides were hot and tasty. Was the first time at this location as I usually eat at the Deridder location.

Overall okay. Nothing too impressive. First time going. Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Location: like having more food options on this side of town. Pretty easy to get to from the highway. Parking lot is decent. Atmosphere: open floor, many tables. Clean. Not crowded for lunch. You walk up to the counter and order. Service: friendly but also absent. Customers pick up their table and order at the counter. Workers simply take your order and bring you the food when it's ready. Food: ordered the fried fish with fries, hushpuppies & mac & cheese. Not bad but not out of this world. I did not like the mac & cheese (my favorite food)- it was kinda dry and felt reheated. Fish was crispy. Fries were OK. Prices: I feel like most ppl would spend $10-16 depending on what you get. My fish after drink was like $14, which I'd say was too much for the quality. Overall, just ok. Won't be a regular spot for me.

Honestly I hate to be a Karen here because we all have our bad days but I’m kinda upset because I was looking forward to the brisket but also I paid $16 for butter noodles and cardboard basically. The brisket was literally so dry it had no flavor and the Mac & cheese literally looked like it was just covered in oil with the cheese sauce thrown into the mix. The beans and bread were good tho.
