Beautiful veiws of the Sassafras! The food is great, LOVE the Beet Salad. My daughter and I sat in the bar area to watch the baseball game and you can still see the water. Cozy place to relax.

The views were beautiful, my fiancé and I got there just before sunset. I ordered the 12oz sirloin which was smothered in a red wine sauce and mushrooms and was exquisite. The vegetable medley was flavorful along with the mashed potatoes which created the perfect duo. I would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be visiting again.

The only good thing about this place is the view. Two star restaurant at best. We ordered the drunken muscles as an app, and it came out ice cold, and was returned. Our meal then came crab cake was hot but sides were again ice cold, and returned. The waitress Bianca was awesome and she brought us out another order of sides that was supposed to be hot but once again came out cold. I was told the manager was coming to the table, even though I didn’t request it. He came by with the worst attitude. You can absolutely have as a manager in a food establishment. Instead of being apologetic for the mistake, they’ve done three times in one sitting he continued to be nasty with a demeanor like how dare I complain? After I pointed out that his attitude was absolutely disgusting. He said I’m not the manager. I’m the owner.. How embarrassing! You should have seen the workers faces as he was talking to me . None of them looked happy at all. I’ve ran several five star restaurants and I could promise you this is not the way that you act towards your customers as an owner if you are in the wrong. If you want below, mediocre Overpriced food, Come here. But do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a great experience all around, save your money and go somewhere similar. Your view does not make your restaurant. You suck and if it wasn’t for your view, you would’ve been out of business long ago. Shame on you.

We ride over from Lewes Delaware a few times a year. Nice historic place, part of Fish Whistles. Well thought out menu , excellent chef's. Drinks are good as well. Love the upstairs bar!!
