The Collins Bar

Neat little place. The atmosphere is great and the decor is outstanding. The cocktails are craft and made to your tastes so you can tell your bartender what flavor profiles and liqour you'd prefer and they'll make something to your liking. The drinks tasted as wonderful as they looked.

What do I say about The Collins Bar? I had my first date here, so every so often I return. On ALL of my visits it's been consistent: laid back, people are nice, atmosphere is welcoming, drinks are great (and they sure they stay coming). I just love the Periodic Table posted up behind the bar that has Birmingham elements! Go try it out!!

Cool vibes inside this bar. You tell the server or bartender what you like (they asked us 3 questions, I think) and then they make a drink custom for you. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back!

Over all great service. At this bar you tell the bartender what you like and they put together a drink for you. Pretty good drink.

Beautiful cocktail bar in a quiet part of town. Their offering of delicious cocktails is exactly what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend the dragon's breath.
