Taylor Car Wash

Hand down best self serve car wash. Everything worked. Cardreader made it super easy (honestly, who carries cash or coins around anymore?). Highly recommend!

I am super impressed by the customer service of Taylor's Car wash and would absolutely try this car was again because of how impressed I am with how they resolved our issue. Stopped to wash our car in the automatic touch free wash on Sunday afternoon. Paid for the wash, pulled into the bay, and sat there for about 5 minutes while it sprayed soap on the front of our car but the track never moved. Had to pull into one of the self service areas to actually wash the car and rinse all of the soap that had been sprayed from the automatic wash. We called the number from the website and then texted it also just to be sure our message got through. Sunday afternoon shortly after we got home, we received a call that they would refund the money we had spent. Got a text on Monday that the refund had been issued. Check my back and it had. Again, I am just super impressed with their customer service!

Sadly this car wash damaged the wheel of my vehicle. The bumper going on scratched it and we have it on camera. Really hate this but due to the damage I have to give one Star

If you absolutely NEED a wash in times like right now during winter to get salt off your ride, then you can come here as a last resort. All the laser washes around us have massive lines and this was only 2 cars ahead of us. $3 just to get the water flowing, “high pressure soap” barely had any soap come out at all the entire time I was washing it, so I had to go around a few extra times to make sure it actually got enough soap.

Update: Refund was issued,plus a free car wash. Adjusting from 1 star to 4, for promptly rectifying the situation and working on the issue. Went through the drive thru wash at 2:45PM today. It didn't rinse my car,I was left with soap and wax all over my car. Spent $10 there with no rinse,had to go to another car wash and spend $12 more to get a rinse.Will not use this place again.
