Taqueria Mexico #2

Love to eat here! The food is great and the staff is friendly and quick. The dining room is a bit open for my taste but otherwise it's a good time, everytime. The prices are excellent too!

We were seated right away and our food came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted good and the waitress was really nice. It was a little cluttered in areas which took away from any ambiance, but other than that very pleasant.

My food was gross u could tell it had been made either first thing in the morning or had been left from the day before. The meat was so hard an had no flavor. They lady that served us wasn't very pleasant an would tell us to be quiet so she could write down stuff she stopped when another costumer came in an told him wait I'm too busy, there was literally our table an 2 others with only 2 ppl. One of the tables got up to leave an pay an she tells them wait I'm busy. Made them stand an wait to pay for their meal for about 10 to 15 min

The Karen's leaving bad reviews are clueless. This place has top tier food with great presentation and atmosphere. Been to a lot of Mexican food places over the years in different states and in actual Mexico. Really glad we stopped here while on a trip to the area. Would definitely come again next time I'm in the area. This place is an oasis!

Honest opinion Do not go here! It was pretty much our last option since it was our first time in la junta, we dont know the town, a lot of places were closed,and we were already late to what we had to do. You walk in there and it smells like you just walked into a public bathroom. Waitress tried the very least to interact with us. Food was flavorless, water tasted like it sat in a plastic container for days, portions are very little for the price and one of my kids got sick from the flautas. The only thing I can say was good was the salsa for the chips. And its not being a Karen its being honest.
