Poor April only waitress and cashier in the place, busy because of a event in town but she was good, don't think I got what I ordered took forever to get it

This is the best kept secret in Rocky Ford. This place is amazing. The food is the best I have had in years.

Fiesta is a place to get an honest meal that feels like it was home cooked. The green chili is consistent and I enjoy their combo meals. Very reasonably priced. The decor is a bit dated and that’s okay, I still return.

stopped for lunch . Only 1 occupied table. Received chips and salsa , chips very stale, salsa runny with no flavor and only red liquid, no peppers, onion, tomatoes bits, nothing. We said thank you as waitress placed on table, no reply or eye contact, body language suggested irritated or possibly in bad mood. Waitress returned and to take our order, again we thanked her, again no response or acknowledgement. Food did arrive promptly, plates hot, AGAIN thanked her and nothing Yikes , meanwhile another couple walked in, friends of waitress, she was friendly and attentive, when they thanked her she did respond with welcomes. Very rude behavior We had taken the day to enjoy a lovely road trip and disappointed to end it on such sour note.
