Taqueria Atotonilco

Our server brought us our drinks. The lid to my drink was not placed on correctly, thus as I picked up my drink, the liquid spilled all over! The host refuse to give me a refill unless I paid for a new drink ????. We waited for our food, it was cold, and looked like it had been sitting for a bit. The host was busy talking, and our server did not refill our coffee, maybe she wanted us to pay for a second cup of coffee. ??????????? so with our empty cups and empty bellies ????. We paid and left. Overall very bad experience

Very clean place. Friendly service. Amazing food! Making this place traditional for sure. Beautiful atmosphere. Wondeful energy.

Quick stop off I-10. Great Mexican breakfast. Excellent service and quick! Migas and barbacoa were fresh! Beans were amazing!

The service was horrible. Asked for a high chair because I had a 1 year old Along with a four-year-old so my hands are pretty full. The Server pointed to the high chairs and said there they are. So I Struggled with the baby in my arms to get the high chair. When she brought out the food we had order. I asked if I could get a side of Guacamole. It took her so long that we were finished with our meal. At the very end she brought it out. I said I wanted it with me food she said She had already Wrote it down ask me if I wanted a cup to put it in I told her I didn’t want it she said that she would talk to the manager. The manager Did take it off the ticket. The food was good but the service messed it up. I have eaten there before for breakfast and lunch and never had this problem. I like to eat there because it’s Dine in and with COVID there not many places to dine in at.
