South Meats North Restaurant/Food Trailer

This place was cute and cozy. The food was finger licking good! Hot and fresh! Covid 19 precautions are being used but it's still very comfortable!! The ladies here built this restaurant themselves and it's incredible!!! They're sooooo sweet!!!

I really wish they had signage directing you to the BACK of the hotel. Came here for a quick lunch. I had the brisket burger with Tots as I figure any BBQ joint should do well with brisket . Good service all around. I had a very generous share of tots which were hot and fresh, and seasoned reasonably well. My burger patty tasted good as well and the cheese was quite a nice amount - they didn't skimp there. I've had brisket all over the country and the brisket itself was simply OK. The amount was a little small IMO. A little too much fat on it and while tender, a little lacking in flavor. Maybe this is more of a pork / chicken place. I'll be sure to try their pork next time.

Home cooked BBQ with a great price. Their BBQ has flavor and isn't dry. Super friendly staff and owners. Their about the food not the profit.

Dine in services - great. Take out services - also great. I’ve also hired their food truck to cater in for employee appreciation. It is so easy to walk in or order online/text message and they are very quick to respond. I know my work team enjoys going here for lunch break and my husband & I enjoy coming here for date nights. It’s a great spot!

We stopped here while headed out of town from the twin cities. It's a little difficult to find, but keep searching as the burgers, brisket, and wings were so amazing. The best part, i have to agree with everyone, were the tater tots. These do not taste like the ones u find in your freezer! Oh and our server was beyond friendly. We will be back soon!
