Try Panda Garden Buffet in Willmar, not this place!!’ Service: - When I arrived, I walked right up to the counter, which still had clear plastic panels on it. There were multiple papers taped to those panels. I waited for five minutes until a boy who looked no older than 12 put down his smart tablet to take my payment. He was polite, but a child that young is illegal to work! The Department of Labor needs to get involved. Price: - The base price was $18.99 for one adult. Keep this in mind as you finish reading my review. Food: - I’ve been to multiple Chinese buffets across Minnesota and this one has the worst food by far. I tried every type of food they had. It was all dried out or burnt and none of the food was seasoned well. The food was so bad that I almost vomited at my table. I will not be coming back. For the same price I paid here, I could’ve gone to the Panda Garden Buffet in Willmar and I would’ve gotten much-better-tasting food. That buffet in Willmar is amazing! Atmosphere - This place has terrible interior decor. The walls are a dark brown wood stain, which wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t as dark as they are. The carpet is also dark. The entire place looks filthy and grimy. The whole interior needs to be completely redone. It needs to be brought out of the 1980s and into the 2020s.

I have been here three times since Christmas and I love it! Many items to choose from and if you like Asian food where you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg then this is the place to go to! How many places are there like this Besides St.Cloud and beyond? If you’re stuck living in a small town like Paynesville, this is an easy drive with no traffic to get something amazing to go!!

I went here for the lunch buffet yesterday. It was delicious for being in a small town. They had rice, noodles, and other Chinese American food. A variety of fruits and desserts were also available. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for the buffet also includes drinks.

Although its a small restaurant, it's the best taste Chinese buffet within 100 miles radius! Especially the onion beef and grilled chicken! And the kitchen I saw was really clean!

Restaurant was clean and presentable and was seated quickly. Well stocked buffet and food was all fresh and very well presented. Had excellent meat dishes, but the hot and sour soup lacked. It was missing a specific flavor that makes hot and sour soup so unique. Was a bit disappointed in the soups. Otherwise, was very pleased.
