Somos Peru

Very good peruvian food! The have a very nice space with a stage for live music and a bar. If your feeling risky you can gamble at their slots. The only downside for me at least is the price. I had the green spaghetti with steak and it was about 27 dollars and my wife had the Lomo Saltado which was about 23 dollars. They were both very tasty just a little pricey in my opinion. Other than that the service was very good and it was an overall pleasant restaurant to go to.

Place was cool. But definely not a family place. My family and friends when there we had a ok time. Definitely no the atmosphere to go with kids. It’s more like bar. Food was ok. No the best no the worst.

So, I found this place called Somos Peru and it was honestly one of the best spots I've ever hit up. Being from Ecuador and not having any Ecuadorian spots around, finding a place that gets the vibe right is pretty rare. This place? It nailed it. Walking into Somos Peru, it was like stepping into a little piece of home. The people working there were super welcoming, making the whole experience even better. But let's talk about what really matters - the food. The star of the show for me was their Ceviche de Conchas Negras. Man, it was out of this world! It tasted so authentic, just like something you'd get back home. It's hard to find food that hits that spot perfectly, but they did it. The seafood was fresh, the flavors were all on point, and it just made me feel happy. Somos Peru really knows what they're doing. It's not just about making food; it's about making food that tells a story, that brings back memories. They've got something special going on. Also, the ladies that work there were super attentive and sweet! I'm definitely planning to go back. If you're missing home or just want to try some amazing Peruvian-Ecuadorian dishes, you've gotta check out Somos Peru. It's more than just eating out; it's like a mini trip back home.

Portion were really good but they need to work in the dishes. I ordered the ceviche, causa and bistec a la pobre. Good size but meat was raw and I did not like the taste, ceviche I think they add the lemons peals because it was biter and I was not able to finish the plate. I will return if they fix those issues. I did not enjoy the food

This restaurant is definitely worth visiting. The food was very tasty. Attentive service since we arrived, Valentina attended us, and she was very friendly.
