Rozana Restaurant and Hookah Lounge

The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is welcoming. If you are there just for drinks and hookah, it is perfect. The food that we ordered was not that great. It tasted like something out of the freezer. Meet felt like it was defrosted. Portions are decent but didn't taste right compared to other restaurants we visited. That is just our opinion. Please give it a chance and see for yourself. It could be just my taste buds!

Beautiful restaurant and Hookah Lounge. Very comfortable seating. The food was delicious. There was a communication gap, also they prefer you access the menu and pay from a QR reader on your phone. I intended to split a mixed grill for two with another diner. I was asked if we wanted two plates. The other two diners in my party had their own entrees and we ordered a couple of apps. We were served 2 mixed grills for two. On a positive note the portions are large, which in our case meant entirely too much food. I will return but I would definitely double check what exactly is being ordered before the wait staff informs the kitchen. Also I found it a bit off putting that the waitress asked if we Intended to tip after a 15 percent service charge was without warning already added to the bill.

Family member brought home food first time delicious. Fresh tabouli and hot and generous. So we tried again. Food was not so great. The tabouli was mushy,the meat was dry and not hot. The bread was not warm and soft like last time. Very disappointed won't be going back. Inconsistent. The only reason for 2 stars because it was good the first time.

Worst Mediterranean food I ever had, quality and quantity of food is very poor. Not recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been coming to Rozana for years. We’ve always enjoyed it! New ownerships can be hit or miss. But since changing ownership, there have been noticeable improvements such as a wider variety of menu options, better quality of food and ingredients, and more attentive service. The new owners have brought in fresh ideas and have revamped the interior to make it more welcoming. Overall, I have had consistently positive experiences at Rozana for years but they’ve really set the bar higher! I would highly recommend for bringing loved ones, meeting up with friends hosting events even catering from them! Great job guys!!!
