Snapper Vick's Mexican Restaurant

The staff was very friendly. Liked the margaritas. I'm vegetarian so, that limits my options. I had the vegetable tostadas with beans, and they were good. Lots of different options on the menu.

For the price it was good. Drinks were well made. Big burrito was huge but just missing something but couldn't figure it out. Had to laugh we had a group of 5 and one small basket of chips, was going to be charged for a 2nd, and then was charged for sour cream we were offered. No need to worry about a wait we went Friday night and was one other table. Not sure if waitress has to cook but took a little while to get food out. But was super nice so was worth the wait. Perhaps will go again when we go to the darkside haunted house again.

Scariest experience I have had in a restaurant. Server was very odd, decor was dusty, dated and gross. The whole place smelt of stale cigarettes and sadness. My group decided to give it a shot because we had been driving around for awhile- what an awful mistake. I ordered was the steak fajita’s because I thought that was going to be safest choice. I was so wrong. What I was served was a pizza type dough that was soggy with dry over cooked meat parcels and wet slimy veggies. How does someone mess up a fajita? Did the server write fajita pizza? I felt like I needed a shower afterwards. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I am mad at myself for not turning around as soon as I walked in the door.

Nice place we visited for a conference in the area. Good food. Big menu, some eclectic dishes. One hour wait for food, but at least had good conversation.

Excellent food. Ate at the bar. Very relaxing.
