Skidgies

The best neighborhood dive bar I have ever been to hands down. I love the fact you cannot use the f-bomb. I also love the fact that it's the cheapest beer and drinks I have ever purchased in my entire life (talk about making everyone feel rich). The owners are wonderful and the bar history is so lovely to hear. We met the great grandson as we sat at the bar. Service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a great lil place to get away from the chaos for a bit. Great staff, calm inviting atmosphere, good prices on drinks. I definitely recommend Skidgies if you’re looking for a place where you can just get away and actually hear what your friends are saying. We stopped in for my birthday Sunday afternoon. Ended up staying for several hours, great people and had an awesome time. Thank you????

It's a cool local place. Everybody knows everyone there. Not loud, it's a good place to chill with your friends and BS about anything. But watch your mouth. They traditionally will kick you out for profanity. There's obviously bar seating, a few tables, a pool table, jukebox, and a cool old Triumph flat tracker bike on display. They hear the place with a wood burning stove in the winter, which is cozy. Bring a friend, get a "fishbowl" of your favorite draugh beer and relax.

Met up with some friends and family and have an ice cold Shell. When I was younger, we used to go and get a Long, a 32 oz frozen mug full of beer. I love to play pool.

I love this place! A Port Huron staple for hole -in-the wall conversations, and a meeting place for local papermakers, coaches and mail carriers. You've got to mind your P's and Q's in that establishment, no swearing allowed. And watch for dart players when ducking into the restroom, ladies!
