All washers are easy enough to use. I like the variety of size. The dryers are also easy to use and are great at drying quickly. All my loads from start to finish take about an hour. Very convenient when my washer breaks. Also prefer to take rugs and bedding here.

My side of the family and I have been going to this place on and off since I was little so we know the owner decently. We’ve never had an issues with anything but tonight my Fiancé and I had our laundry in the washer and he didn’t notice the extra sign on the door that it would be closing earlier so his laundry was in the washer with the doors locked at 8pm. I got the owner to help us out but he was extremely rude, yelling at my Fiancé for “ignoring the sign”, which he didn’t do, the print on the sign was/is very small and the paper isn’t that big so he couldn’t read it well at all. TO THE OWNER: PLEASE WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE OR you WILL BE losing a lot of customers….. Sincerely, a long time customer who is highly disappointed in such respect and patience…

Today I witnessed the most horrible thing my mother needed help she called the help service aka the owner. She called them because the washer wasn’t working it took her money once he came to the store to check it out he was being RACIST he said she has to speck English to be in this store. He wouldn’t give her money back that the washer was working. SO ANY SPANISH SPEAKER DONT GO HERE THEY ARE RACIST IT SO SAD SPANISH PEOPLE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS UNBELIEVABLE.

Very well maintained & clean .. the prices are great & thier are 3 different size washers .. there is even a horse blanket washer ..

I wish I could give zero stars! This place is horrible and the owner Bob is even worst! I started going to this place a few months ago and never really had any issues because I usually use the silver big washers. Well the past 2 times I went I had to use the white washers. The first time my clothes came out bone dry and when I informed Bob who came in being very rude he made it seem like I was lying. Why would I want to waste more money, detergent and time with my newborn baby with me. After he walked out with an attitude he did come back and give me my quarters back. So when it happened AGAIN with another washer I assumed he would be more kind about it....NOPE. Another girl was there who said it had also happened to her but he continued to be extremely rude and unprofessional yelling at me. We got into a huge argument and I felt so uncomfortable finishing my laundry there. I won't even get into details all of what was said to me. As soon as my dryers were done I started folding what I could really fast because it was closing time which he cared about more than me and my clothes. Long story short I was LOCKED IN the laundromat while trying to get the rest of my clothes to the car. Thank God I didn't have my baby with me. I had to kick the door to get out! It was dark and I was afraid as a woman that someone was outside waiting for me. Such a horrific event! DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! Most of the washers and dryers are out of service and have been that way for months! Worst laundromat everrrr!!!
